There are a lot of things to consider when you're job hunting.
If you're not currently employed, the answer may seem obvious, but not necessarily. If you're currently employed, the answer may get even more complicated.
Money is a strong influence for many people when it comes to seeking employment, but there are so many other factors to consider; job satisfaction, workplace respect, day-to-day enjoyment, skill set, workplace environment... the list is endless.
The reasons for wanting a particular job, a career change, or employment at all, can be varied.
Once you've got a firm grip on why you're job hunting, you'll need to figure out what sort of work you're looking for. Targeting your job search can focus your attention and maximize efforts.
